The internet is abundant with pro-Palestinian websites, although hardly any are objective and instead of stating facts and truth prefer to fabricate in order to enhance their position. A typical example of Palestinian blood libel on the net against Israel is presenting the IDF soldiers as cruel and inhuman.

A site in English called "Oh Jerusalem", shows a picture of IDF soldiers "dragging" a Palestinian soldier on the street, below is the caption, "Images to Remember - The Blood Desire". To this caption is the site editor's following "explanation".

"On the 13th of January 2001 , the Nazi Zionist soldiers attacked Al-Khalil (Hebron) which is supposedly ruled by the PNA and broke into a peaceful restaurant, to shoot Shaker Hassona (23 years old) in the abdomen, chest and neck. After the martyr was killed, the soldiers of the devil dragged the body of the martyr on the street drawing a thick long line of the blood, among the cheering of the Jewish settlers who gave candies to the brave soldiers who shot the totally unarmed Palestinian young man. Hassona, was not shot in an operation against the Zionist soldiers, nor in a demonstration. He was shot in a restaurant while he was having his lunch. Here are the photos of the crime".

Summary of the Weekend's Events (19:40)

An explosive charge was thrown towards an IDF force in Hebron yesterday, followed by gunfire. The force chased the shooter, a Tanzeem activist, shot and killed him on the borderline between the H-1 and H-2 terrirories in Hebron.

The body of the shooter and his gun were taken for examination by the Israeli security forces. The body will be returned to the Palestinians when the examinations are done.
