Macromedia Flash clips are opened with a flash viewer or with Internet Explorer.
If your browser has a support in Macromedia Flash files you will usually see flash clips when you surf the net. The Flash clips on the MidEast Archive come as an independent file and not as part of a webpage. Therefore, to download and view flash clips on your computer you need to follow these three quick steps (required first time only):

  1. Choose a flash clip to view and click on the link.

  2. If the clip doesn't load you will be asked to download it to your computer.

  3. After download complete go to folder where the file is saved.
Right-click on the file and choose "Open With...". From the list that opened choose "Internet Explorer" and ensure that "Always use the selected program" is checked.
